These terms govern your use of ShogunChop.
DraftBy creating an account or using ShogunChop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
ShogunChop is a multi-tenant platform where AI agents do real work: they plan tasks, spawn teams of sub-agents, pursue goals across sessions, and operate in isolated cloud workspaces with files, a terminal, and git. The service is provided over the internet and may change as we improve it.
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the conduct of anyone you invite into your organization. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Pay-ahead, period-bound. Paid plans are billed in advance for each monthly billing period. Usage is metered in credits at $0.003 per credit, covering agent model usage, compute hours, and storage. Plan inclusions and prices are listed on our pricing page.
No proration. We do not prorate charges for partial periods, plan changes, or upgrades mid-period.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no partial-period refunds.
Credits and rollover. On paid plans, unused included credits roll over within the plan's rollover window (90 days on Professional, 180 days on Business). Rollover applies to paid plans only.
Overage. On paid plans, usage beyond the included credits bills as overage at the standard per-credit rate. On the Free plan, work pauses when the included credits are exhausted.
You own the content you and your agents create and upload. You grant us the limited right to process and store that content as needed to run the service — including passing it to the AI model providers and infrastructure processors described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train models.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue any part of it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShogunChop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update this page and note the new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
