Account and contact data — your name, email address, and organization details.
Billing metadata — plan, invoices, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; they never pass through our servers.
Agent-session and workspace content — the conversations, plans, files, and code your agents create and work on.
Usage data — credit consumption, feature usage, and operational logs.

Why we process it

to run the service — executing your agents' work in their workspaces;
to bill accurately and prevent abuse;
to provide support and communicate with you;
to keep the platform secure.

Processors we use

To operate ShogunChop, we pass data to these categories of processors:

Payments: Stripe
Authentication: Stytch
AI model providers: Fireworks, Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI
Hosting: Google Cloud and AWS

Data retention

We keep account, billing, and usage data for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes. Agent-session and workspace content is kept while your account is active; when you delete content or close your account, we delete it from our systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal holds.

No selling of personal data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
